The type of personal information we collect.

We currently collect and process the following information:

• Personal identifiers, contacts, and characteristics (for example, name and contact details, such as email address, home address etc.) Further any other personal details in your resume such as gender, date of birth, race, religion, etc. will be collected and processed.
• Financial details such as Current or expected salary or remuneration details, any other relevant details for us to process your application with any of our clients for suitable vacancies available.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• Required by our clients to understand the suitability for any available Jobs.
• Required by us to process your application to match with Job Specs.
• To understand your availability and ability to travel from and to.
• Any other reason specified by clients specifically for the Job role. Such as qualifications and experience etc.

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• Recommended by your LinkedIn or any social media contacts as a response to our Job Posts.Last Update 15th December 2023 Net review date 01st December 2024
• Third party emails received by us attaching your CV for suitable or available Jobs. May be one of your friends send your CV to us.

We use the information that you have given us to evaluate the suitability for any available employment opportunities with any of our clients. However, we will contact you to discuss the opportunity before we are sharing the resume with any of our clients.

We may share this information with our clients who are looking for potential employees for available Job vacancies in clients’ company.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

1. Your consent. You can remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us on info@therighttalent.net
2. We have a contractual obligation.
3. We have a legitimate interest.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep your full CV or resume in our data base digitally for a period of five years.Every time when you are sending a new CV the old CV or resume will be replaced or updated with new one.

Further once we share your CV or resume with our clients with your consent, they will keep your cv for the purpose of recruitment and clients locations can be any part of Sri Lanka or any other country.

Your data protection Rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

• Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
• Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
• Your right to erasure – You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
• Your right to restriction of processing – You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

• Your right to data portability – You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.

International Data Transfer

We may need to transfer and use your personal information outside of the country where we collect it from you. We implement appropriate measures to protect your personal information when we transfer your personal information outside of your home country. The data privacy laws in the countries we transfer it to may not be the same as the laws in your home country. Law enforcement agencies, regulatory agencies, security authorities or courts in the countries we transfer your personal information to may have the right to see your personal information.
